IT सेक्टर की बड़ी कंपनियों में से एक WIPRO विप्रो के CEO&MD आबिद अली नीमचवाला ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा देने की घोषणा कर दी हैं। हालांकि कंपनी को अलगे CEO&MD की नियुक्ति होने तक वह इस पद पर अपनी सेवाएं देते रहेंगे। वहीं, कंपनी के मैनेजमेंट ने नए CEO के चयन की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
न्यूज एजेंसी आईएएनएस के अनुसार विप्रो ने एक बयान जारी कर नीमचवाला के इस्तीफे की जानकारी दी। कंपनी द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक, नीमचवाला ने पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारी के चलते यह निर्णय लिया हैं। वहीं, कंपनी के चेयरमैन रिशद प्रेमजी ने कंपनी के बिजनेस को दुनिया भर में फैलाने और मजबूत नेतृत्व के लिए और योगदान के लिए नीमचवाला का आभार प्रकट किया है।
वहीं, नीमचवाला ने कहा कि कंपनी में काम करना उनके लिए सम्मान की बात है। साथ ही कहा कि गत 75 वर्षों से कंपनी अपनी समृद्ध विरासत को कायम रखने में सफल रही। जिसका श्रेय अजीम प्रेमजी, मौजूदा कंपनी के चेयरमैन रिशद समेत सभी बोर्ड ऑफ डॉयरेक्टर्स, तमाम साथ काम करने वाले साथियों और उपभोक्ताओं के सहयोग को दिया है। Read More
